Delivery Terms and Conditions
Please allow up to 10 working days for standard or tracked delivery and 72 hours for next-day delivery before contacting us regarding non-delivery.
If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at orders@vapeportal.co.uk including your full name and order number.
In the event of a missing order:
- A claim will be opened with the courier
- Investigations may take up to 30 days (UK) and 90 days (international)
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the courier completes the investigation
We cannot issue refunds before the courier investigation is complete, as the item may still arrive.
International Orders
- Vape Portal is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges
- Some products may be restricted in your country — please check local laws before ordering
- We are not liable for orders delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs
- Some deliveries may require a signature from an adult aged 18 or over
All products sold are legal for export from the UK.
Dispatch
- Orders placed after 1pm may be processed on the next working day
- Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on location and courier
- We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible

Our Price Match Guarantee applies to online purchases only.
Conditions:
- Product must be identical and in stock
- Must be from a UK-based vape retailer (excluding marketplaces like Amazon or eBay)
- Price must be publicly available (no discounts, vouchers, or special offers)
- Must be listed in GBP (£)
- Must include all costs (delivery, fees, etc.)
You must provide:
- A screenshot or link (URL)
- Proof of the competitor’s price
We must be able to verify the price independently.
