Orders placed before the following times are eligible for same day dispatch:
Orders placed on Saturday using a Royal Mail service will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

- Delivery days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)

International Delivery
International orders over £100 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or DHL services, depending on destination.
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days (may vary by location)
- Delivery times may be longer during busy or peak periods
In case of delays, we will aim to notify customers either at checkout or via email.

- Vape Portal is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to customs or legal restrictions
- We currently ship to regions where applicable regulations (such as TPD in the EU) allow
Alternative Delivery Addresses
If you choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your home (e.g. workplace or third party address), Vape Portal cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or delivery issues once the parcel has been delivered.
