Innokin T18E coils are the genuine replacement heads for Innokin's Endura T18E, Prism T18E, T18II, T18X and T22E tanks, sold in packs of five and built specifically for mouth-to-lung vaping. Unlike the older T18 and T22 coils they replaced, the T18E is physically shorter, which leaves more room inside the same tank for e-liquid rather than coil housing. Each coil uses a vertical Kanthal heating element wrapped in organic cotton wicking, fed by multiple e-liquid port holes for a steady fluid draw. Innokin T18E coils are available at £6.89 for a pack of five from Vape Portal UK.
Shorter Coil, Same Tank, More E-Liquid
The design behind the T18E isn't just cosmetic. By trimming the coil's physical length compared with the legacy T18 and T22 versions, Innokin freed up internal tank space without changing the tank's outer size, so the same 2 ml TPD-compliant capacity holds slightly more usable e-liquid around the coil itself. It's a small mechanical change, but it's the reason Innokin T18E coils and the older T18/T22 coils aren't interchangeable, even though they look similar at a glance.
Resistance Options and What They're Good For
● 1.5 ohm: The standard MTL option, giving a fuller cloud and a smoother throat hit
● 1.7 ohm: A lower-power, more discreet vape closer to a cigarette-style draw (11.5-13.5W)
● 2.0 ohm: The tightest, lowest-vapour option in the range
● 1.6 ohm mesh: A mesh alternative with a larger heating surface for slightly stronger flavour at similar power levels

Fitting a New Coil
Innokin's no-spill system means the tank doesn't need draining or disassembling to change a coil. The old coil lifts straight out, and the new one pushes into place, lining up its flat base with the tank rather than threading in. A rubber seal built into the top of the coil keeps the connection airtight once fitted, which is what allows the swap to happen without spilling e-liquid down the sides of the tank.
