Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my Dojo Blast 30K draining e-liquid faster than expected?

If you operate the device continuously in power mode, the dual-mesh coil draws more energy and vaporises e-liquid at a higher rate to create dense clouds. To extend overall puff yield up to 30,000 puffs, switch the device to ECO Mode.

What should I do if the battery display remains blank when drawing?

A blank screen indicates a fully depleted 1200 mAh battery cell. Connect a working 5V/1A USB-C cable to the base port. The display screen will illuminate to show active charging progress.

How do I know when it is time to replace the prefilled pod module?

Replace your pod assembly when flavour intensity drops noticeably or vapour turns thin and dry. Because the pod chambers are fully transparent, you can also visually confirm when the 2ml and 8ml chambers have completely emptied.

Why am I experiencing a harsh or burnt taste on a newly installed pod?

Burnt draws occur when the dual-mesh coil is fired before e-liquid has fully saturated the internal cotton. Always allow newly attached pod assemblies to sit upright for at least 3 to 5 minutes before taking your first puff.

Why is e-liquid not flowing smoothly from the 8ml container into the 2ml pod?

Ensure the 8ml refill container is clicked completely into the base of the 2ml pod housing. Keep the device in an upright orientation for 30 seconds to let gravity draw e-liquid into the lower atomising chamber.
