Why won't my Argus XT fire even though it's charged? 

This is almost always the QS lock switch set to its locked position. Sliding it to the centre or right-hand position, depending on the model, restores full or partial control.

Why is my MAAT tank leaking from the base? 

Leaking is usually down to the coil not being pushed in far enough or the tank not being screwed on evenly. Reseating the coil and tightening the 510 connection generally resolves it.

Why does a new coil taste burnt on the first few puffs? 

This points to the coil not being left to prime before use. Filling the tank and leaving it to sit for five to ten minutes lets the wick fully saturate before the first draw.

Which battery should I buy for full 100W output? 

A 21700 battery is needed to reach the full 5-100W range; an 18650 cell, used with the included adapter, is capped at around 80W.

Why is my Voopoo Argus XT vape draining the battery faster than expected? 

Running Turbo Mode or high wattages continuously uses more power per puff. Switching to Smart Mode or a lower wattage extends the time between charges.
